I recently bought a used lift van from this dealership. As I am limited in my ability to travel I bought this van completely unseen over the phone. My experience was great. Unlike most dealers who get your money then forget you, Ryan D***** has been honest and has gone the extra mile to be helpful and honest. He made all the arrangements to have the van shipped to me and has followed up with calls to make sure I received what I bought and was satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone needing a lift van but can't afford a new one. The experience was great.

Ryan, Ed and Micheal are FANTASTIC at VANTASTIC. We went to him needing work done and a lot of questions about others issues with the van and hoping they had ideas to make the van more driver friendly. It was the best experience. They took all the time we needed and went bumper to bumper answering all of our questions and brain storming solutions. They took the time to get it right and are super friendly and knowledgeable. Ryan and Michael are amazing men with a commitment to the mobility challenged community. I bought a used bruno chariot for $5000 less than retail and $1000 less on any other used one i found. Since Ryan is in a wheel chair, Michael his technician came in on his day off to help us. I believe their number one goal is to help our community. I rarely if ever write endorsements of any kind, but this team truly understands what we go through daily because Ryan deals with the same thing. Ryan was great to work with. We were looking for a wheelchair van for parents. We picked a van on the website that we thought would meet our needs. He asked if we were interested in recommendations. We said that we were and he suggested a different van that was significantly lower price. We weren't able to pick up the van that day (us not him) but wanted to get it several weeks later. He actually went across the state line to get the SC tags for us. We picked up the van today and immediately took it on a 300 mile trip (in the rain) with no issues. Very glad I was directed to his website.

I had my Toyota 4Runner converted over to a right-hand drive almost 2 months ago because I'm a rural carrier. I purposely waited to submit a review because I wanted to drive it & test it out first so that I might give a good, honest review. Simply put, I just cannot say enough nice things about Vantastic Mobility, Ryan (the owner), and the rest of his staff. From conception to completion, they were very friendly & professional, and no blotch job whatsoever! My vehicle was professionally converted & I have made a lot of money on my job as a result of the great work from Vantastic Mobility. I was also very touched by the humility of the owner, Ryan... SUCH A GREAT GUY!!! He even informed me that my job offers a $500 incentive for conversions --something that none of my management team even mentioned. He even provided me the necessary paperwork, so I could receive the $500. I recently had the privilege of working with Ryan at Vantastic Mobility. I was looking for a handicap accessible vehicle for my adult day program. He was incredibly helpful and transparent while helping me find a vehicle. He was prompt in his correspondence with me and did his best to fit my needs. There was no pressure. Wonderful service and people!

I called Vantastic Mobility due to an electrical problem I was having causing my doors and ramp not to open. Ryan and his team met with me for an assessment. While I was there, I mentioned a few other things that were bothering me. Ryan and Ed went through my van and actually showed me what was wrong and suggested what repairs were needed. They both kept saying that they were not trying to push more work on to what I initially came in for, however one of the issues was an extreme safety hazard. My EZ lock was wo out to the point that had I been hit in the rear of the van, my chair would most likely break loose. Once they brought this to my attention, they left it for me to decide what I wanted them to work on. I told them what I wanted, which was quite a long list, and a date was scheduled. The work took about a day and a half. Once the work was done, I retued to the shop for a final fitting because they wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied. They created a custom pedal guard, a custom fitting to extend my headlight switch since I have trouble leaning forward due to extra bone in my hips, replaced 2 cables in my van doors, fixed the stop guard at the end of my ramp, adjusted my hand control to put it in a more comfortable position (custom work), custom adjusted my gas pedal since my foot was hitting it during muscle spasms, added a custom mirror to the driver's side dashboard to correct a blind spot on my left side due to my hip problems, replaced the EZ lock and adjusted the locking bolt beneath my wheelchair, went through my electrical system to trouble shoot why my van doors wouldn't open sporadically. They discovered some loose fittings and tightened those up. I've had my van since 2007 and have had service done at 2 or 3 different shops in Charlotte. I have NEVER had an experience as good as this one. Ed has 37 years of experience working on handicapped vans. Needless to say he's seen it all. When it comes to handicapped vans, there is no one size fits all. A lot of times, a good deal of custom work is needed. Not all shops, in fact I would say very few shops in the Charlotte - Monroe area are able to do custom work like Ryan's team can do. My only regret is that I did not find this place sooner. I cannot recommend Vantastic Mobility highly enough. The knowledge, experience and customer service are second to none.
